We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging. Furniture and made-to-order pieces are final sale unless damaged in transit.

Yes — sizing exchanges are complimentary once per order. Reach out to our care team and we'll ship the new size before we receive the original.

Spot clean with a damp cloth and re-wax annually using a natural wax. Avoid machine washing or dry cleaning, which strip the finish.

Every frame and setting we sell is covered by our lifetime repair program. Contact us with photos of the piece and we'll advise on next steps.
