Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates begin once an order ships. International orders may be subject to duties and import taxes, calculated at checkout.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed apparel and jewelry in its original packaging. Furniture and made-to-order pieces are final sale unless damaged in transit. To start a return, email care@alderandvane.com with your order number — we'll send a prepaid return label within one business day.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
