Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates begin once an order ships. International orders may be subject to duties and import taxes, calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed apparel and jewelry in its original packaging. Furniture and made-to-order pieces are final sale unless damaged in transit. To start a return, email care@alderandvane.comwith your order number — we'll send a prepaid return label within one business day.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
